A functorial Riemann-Hilbert correspondence PART I

Abstract:
A few years ago Masaki Kashiwara and I proposed a Riemann-Hilbert correspondence for possibly irregular holonomic D-modules. Such a correspondence holds in any space dimension, and is compatible with Grothendieck’s six operations. In this talk I will illustrate such a construction, along with more recent results, through some examples.
