Title:
Long lived particles and the Quiet Sun

Speaker:
Ryan Plestid

Abstract:
I will discuss prospects for using semi-rent satellite instruments to search for MeV gamma rays from the Sun. These lie well below the cutoff of FermiLAT, and are a well motivated signature in certain BSM models. Comparisons with searches at underground detectors e.g. Borexino will be discussed.
