Title:
Title: A (partial) overview of AdS3/CFT2 developments

Speaker:
Alessandro Sfondrini

Abstract:
In the last few years there has been considerable progress in understanding the AdS3/CFT2 correspondence by a number of techniques. In the case where the AdS3 geometry is not supported by any RR fluxes, worldsheet-CFT techniques have been very successful yielding quantitative predictions for many observables. When RR fluxes are present, the theory appears much harder (I will try to explain in what sense) and it seems that the best approach may be to use integrability techniques. In this regard, some nice results were recently obtained by Sergey Frolov and myself. In this talk I will give a non-technical overview of these developments.
