Toward understanding the space of connections

Abstract:
What do people mean when they integrate over a large space like the connection space? Inspired by the formal definition of the path integral, I attempt to give an interpretation on a measure of the connection space in loop quantum gravity literature. I will end with a natural way of interpreting a connection as an operator on a Hilbert space.
