Partial twists and exotic Stein fillings

Abstract:
We give an algorithm which produces infinitely many pairwise exotic Stein fillings of the same contact 3-manifolds. Furthermore, we determine the support genera of their boundary contact 3-manifolds under some condition. This algorithm uses positive allowable Lefschetz fibrations over the disk, certain modifications of vanishing cycles and fibers, and monodromy substitutions. (1 hour long talk)
