The Simons Center for Geometry and Physics at Stony Brook University is pleased to announce the unveiling of a significant artwork titled The Iconic Wall on Friday, May 8th beginning at 4 pm. This is a site-specific permanent installation of stone carvings illustrating equations in math and physics. An art exhibition titled The Iconic Wall: Milestones in Math and Physics also opens on the same date. The dedication, reception and talks are free and open to the public.
