Title:
Quasi-Coxeter algebras, flat connections and quantum groups

Speaker:
Valerio Toledano Laredo

Abstract:
The KZ connection of Conformal Field Theory is bispectral to a different connection defined on the Cartan subalgebra of the relevant Lie algebra g and known as the Casimir connection. This connection appears for example in the WZW model when considering conformal blocks with one insertion given by a non highest weight representation of the affine algebra \hat{g}.
