Hydrodynamics with non-Abelian currents: from spin Hall effect to quark-gluon plasma

Abstract:
I will show how to construct a dissipative fluid coupled to non-Abelian degrees of freedom. The construction will be performed by means of Kaluza-Klein compactification at the level of equations of motions. I will discuss possible applications of the formalism to quark-gluon plasma and spin systems.
