On the existence of Lagrangians with special properties

Abstract:
I would like to take this opportunity to discuss my interests and different approaches to studying the existence of minimal Lagrangians, or special Lagrangians in Calabi-Yau manifolds, as well as other Lagrangians with special properties such as Hamiltonian stationary Lagrangians and soliton solutions of Lagrangian mean curvature flow. This will be a survey talk and intended to serve as a first step on exchanging thoughts for future collaboration.
