Title:
"Solving a model of (1+1)-dimensional Quantum Chromodynamics"

Speaker:
Alexei Tsvelik

Abstract:
We use a combination of non-perturbative methods to study a simplified version of QCD2 - the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. Treating the quark mass as the largest energy scale we derive the effective action for the singlet sector. By applying the Truncated Conformal Space approach we derive the excitation spectrum and the phase diagram.
