Title:
Recent developments in the large charge expansion

Speaker:
Masataka Watanabe

Abstract:
Large quantum number expansion makes things semi-classical and universal. Large-N and large-spin are one of the most famous examples. In my talk I will try to give you an overview of a new and different method, called the large charge expansion, where you can expand physical quantities using the 1/[global charge] expansion. I will be talking mostly about its non-SUSY developments, as in https://arxiv.org/abs/1804.06495 , but if you so wish I can also talk about its SUSY side where everything are decided more (https://inspirehep.net/record/1666026). Time permitting, I will also talk about my recent effort to analyze Chern-Simons matter theories.
